Goji berries are a very versatile food. They taste great in salads, on breakfast cereal, in trail mix or eaten straight from the packet. Here are a few serving suggestions:

1. Goji Berry Smoothie - Serves 2

Ingredients:

300ml milk
¼ cup coconut milk
1 cup strawberries chopped into small pieces
3 tbls vanilla ice-cream
1/4 cup pre-soaked Tibetan goji berries

How to: Use a blender to blend all ingredients (approx. 20 secs). Drink and enjoy!
